My name is Jonas. I cook. I'd call myself a "Chef", but these days that seems to mean someone who can't cook and has a TV show. Back in the day, I tried my hands at dot.com with some success and a lot of not-so-success. I remained a nerd, but I wield a knife, now and play with fire and blood. Someone once described my work as "food with a 'tude", and that's pretty accurate, if I do say so myself.
Since I can't keep my yap shut, I blog. Most of what I write has to do with food, these days, one way or another.
